Program Chair

In partnership with the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students, PSEC is a team of student leaders who works to plan large scale weekly programming for students.
- Plan and execute weekly late-night programming to encourage community building and connection among the whole undergraduate student body.
- Offering alcohol-free social opportunities during high risk periods (i.e. Thursday nights, midterms, finals) to promote safe and inclusive alternatives.
- Support large-scale events, including SpringFest, Game Nights, and multiple themed gatherings, attracting hundreds of students and managing budgets between $600 – 1,000+.

PAC is a student run board at Princeton University that strives to provide and support opportunities for student performers to showcase their work.
- Serve on the Executive Board team overseeing 30+ student run arts groups.
- Review policies and procedures to assure updated and best maintained operating systems to promote equity and fairness to all member groups
- Conducted a review of diversity and inclusion to assure that all student groups felt equally supported and had fair access to resources.
Rockefeller College Council

Rockefeller College Council provides weekly programming to student to support community belonging
- Supported the development of academically relevant programming for one of seven residential communities on campus including a series of ‘study together sessions’ for students to share in the joy of learning
- Offer support for weekly study breaks and community building programs to engage students outside of the classroom, serving as the current longest running member of council.
- Aim to create communities where students feel able to learn from and among their peers while incorporating ideas around wellness and exploration.
Princeton Psychology Society
Founding Officer and Community Chair

Creating a space for students to share in a love of psychology, the Princeton Psychology Society brings together a range of students from those concentrating in the discipline to others with a broader interest.
- Developed the identity and structure of one of the groups core committees.
- Tasked with bringing together undergraduates in engaging and meaningful ways to build community and spark intellectual curiosity through our studies.
- Create a space on campus where all students, regardless of discipline, can explore psychological theories and research in a manner that supports joyful learning.
- In the past, this has included a pomodoro study night, pie baking and a discussion of gratitude, a discussion of personality science and pseudoscience with personality quizzes
Wintersession

WINTER 2022 – WINTER 2025
The Office of Campus Engagement sponsors two weeks of community lead programing during the winter break meant to encourage students to reclaim a love of learning and explore new interests.
- Lead yearly workshops for the university community on topics of self development and reflection, finding purpose and meaning in everyday life, and engaging in conversation with a focus on human connection.
- Hosted 5 workshops both on-campus and in New York City for more than 50 individuals.
Business Today
Assistant Director of Social Media & Human Capital Team
SUMMER 2022 – FALL 2023
- Helped staff the largest fully funded student-run international conference in the United States by providing onsite event photography for over groups of over 150 attendees.
- Assisted the Human Capital sub-team with community building programs and supported networking activities for Business Today student members of all four class year (including an event with therapy dogs pictured below).
- Created promotional graphics and materials for social media while maintaining consistent branding and marketing.

Residential College Advisor
Rockefeller College
SPRING 2022 – SPRING 2025
Rockefeller College is one of six residential colleges on Princeton’s campus, housing over four hundred students.
- Mentor and support a cohort of 18 students as they transition to a new academic environment – offering social, academic, and personal support.
- Collaborate with peer leaders, including Resident Graduate Students (RGSs), Peer Academic Advisers (PAAs), and EcoReps to support student success initiatives.
- Plan and lead weekly study breaks, social events, and informal gatherings to build a sense of belonging.
- Mediate roommate conflicts and challenging conversations, promoting a respectful and supportive living environment.
- Serve as a key resource, referring students to academic, wellness, and campus support services.
The Coffee Club

- Serve on a team of 100+ baristas at two student-run coffee shops, delivering exceptional and friendly service to students, staff, and community members.
- Help to manage weekly inventory for one of two on-campus locations.
- Successfully manage 6-9 hours of work per week on top of 2 other campus jobs and multiple student leadership roles.
