Experience

In additional to substantial student leadership work in event planning, academic support, and student life contributions, I have had held several enriching internship positions both domestically and abroad. The two international internships I was able to undertake were funded through Princeton’s Global Health Program and the Center for Health and Well-being.

  • Co-led the planning and execution of a youth summer arts festival, attended by nearly 1,000 local families, artists, and residents
  • Collaborated with 30+ local artists and creative entrepreneurs to showcase their work, building connections between art, community, and youth engagement

Veterans in Crisis

Sunderland, England
  • Built deep relationships with English veterans and local leaders to explore community-based mental health models through social prescription.
  • Collaborated with staff members and volunteers to support weekly social programming, including coffee chats, hikes, and other group activities for a community of 25+ veterans. 
  • Met with members of the Sunderland City Council to discuss policies, practices, and current initiatives aimed at reducing social isolation in vulnerable populations.

The kids research institute Australia

Adelaide, South Australia 
  • Conducted an international review of food provision policies across 14 countries, identifying critical gaps in child and family nutrition. 
  • Presented findings to internal research team members and engaged in trainings with public health and Indigenous genomics experts.
  • Partnered with a Princeton peer to refine search terms and compare extraction methodologies.
  • Received guidance and mentorship under the Early Years Systems Evidence Research Team.
